Institution Building and Human Resource Development for E-Learning |

Target of the project "Institution Building and Human Resource Development for E-Learning" will be to educate organisations in Central Asia to build own resources in "Open and Distance Learning" and E-Learning in particular. In connection with the 2009 project a pilot-project was conducted in 2007, followed by a second round with institutions in Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic in 2008. In Uzbekistan a Fact-finding mission as well as a strategic workshop was done.
The 2009 project is subdivided into the following phases:
- Overall project management , incl. organisation, management, execution and evaluation of the star workshops and closing workshops as well as project reporting.
- Organisation, management, conduction and evaluation of all further education around E-Learning by means of the Global Campus 21, the exisiting E-Learning courses as well as with support of the exiting work spaces from 2007 and 2008 respectively; of particular use will be the Central Asia E-Learning portal. Reporting will close up this project phase.
- Further development of the Central Asia portal concept and strengthening of the networking cooperations between project partners, with use of the GC21.
- Coaching around E-Learning (Strategy & Policy) for project partners via the Global Campus 21, includingproject reportings.
