Training Methods of I.M.M.A. |

One of the main problems of many countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa lies in the shortage of trained workers and experts. This, in a different scale is also the case for industrialised countries. Through globalisation this is especially the case in international management and marketing. Only if developing, emergent and transforming countries have their own trained workers they can grow and develop without foreign development aid. Through its education projects the International Management & Marketing Academy - I.M.M.A. of APPLICATIO develops and supports the development and international competitiveness of companies, organisations and institutions by means of transfer of know how. This is the case for leaders as well junior leaders from developing, transforming and emergent countries as well as from industrialised nations. Core methodical approaches of trainings with I.M.M.A are: participant orientation, i.e. no standard material is used or standard seminars are conducted; everything is individually applied to each participant and group; adaptability, i.e. practical orientation is vital. The participants will learn how to use theories in practical life; interactivity, i.e. all trainings and workshops will be done together with the participants. Role plays , presentations, case studies and group work are the core elements of the workshops.
